Youth Programs

Membership pays! JBPHH offers programing and activities for youth year round. Sports, instructional classes, teen clubs, preteen events, school age care, summer camps and special events are continuously offered. Partnerships with Boys and Girls Club of America and 4-H means that your youth/teen can find the same type of clubs here that they enjoyed at their last base. There is no annual fee to become a Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam MWR Youth Programs member.

We are recognized on the base for our creative programming and special events throughout the year: Easter Egg Hunts, Armed Forces Kids Run, and BGCA Day for Kids, Fall Festival, and many more. Check Great Life Hawaii and the monthly magazine for more information about programs offered.

In addition, they provide fall, winter, spring and summer camps as well as drop-in care on a space-available basis. Both School Age Programs are accredited through the National Council on Accreditation for School Age programs. Through our partnership with Boys and Girls Club of America and 4-H, we are able to offer nationally recognized programming to our youth.

Our programs are divided into different interest areas which enable children to pick and choose from a variety of activities and clubs that are offered throughout the day. Areas vary but activities include: science, homework assistance, art, fitness, drama, game rooms, and clubs. For your convenience, our program will drop off and pick up your child at these selected schools.
